This policy explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made on autoliftsupplyusa.com. Because automotive lifts are heavy equipment, some returns may require freight handling.
1) Before You Return
- Contact us first to obtain return authorization (RMA). Do not ship items back without approval.
- Include your order number in all messages.
2) Return Window
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
3) Item Condition
- Items must be new, unused, and uninstalled, with original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged/defective.
- Installed, used, or incomplete items may not be eligible for return.
4) Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect shipments upon delivery.
- Report damage/defects within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send photos/video + your order number to autoliftsupplyusa.contact@gmail.com
5) Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval/denial.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund timing depends on the payment provider/bank.
6) Shipping & Fees
Shipping is free for many orders; however, return shipping for non-defective items may be the customer’s responsibility. Freight returns may involve pickup fees and/or restocking fees depending on carrier and product type.
7) Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable, including final sale items, special orders, or used/installed products. If a product is non-returnable, it will be indicated on the product page.
8) How To Request a Return

- Tell us the reason and attach photos if applicable.
- Wait for RMA instructions before sending anything back.
